Toro, Shirley B. Found peace Monday, April 19. 2010, at 80 years. Loving wife of Roland G. Devoted mother of Greg (Jane) Toro, Scott (Joan) Toro and Debra (John) Pronschinske. Beloved grandma of Scott Jr (Jaimie) Toro, Ted Franklin, Michael and Katherine Pronschinske, Angela Toro, Becca and Angel Zien. Great-grandma of Scott III and Breanna Toro. Dear sister of Betty Luvender. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Helen, three sisters and a brother. Visitation Thursday 9:00-11:00AM at the funeral home, with Funeral Services 11:00AM. Entombment Forest Hill Memorial park. Memorials appreciated. Our deepest gratitude to the staff at St Luke's South Shore, especially Tomisha and Dr. Lamberton.

Dear Roland & family, All of Esther Sarozek's daughter's, son's, granddaughters & grandson's that visited with Shirley & you while our mother/grandmother Esther was Shirley's roommate at the Villa, send our deepest sympathy to you, your children & grandchildren.
I (Lou Ann) looked in on Shirley Sunday morning at 10:30 while she took an early nap and she looked so beautiful & peaceful. Our entire family sends God's comforting hands upon you & many blessings to all of you. It was a pleasure to have known Shirley and her loving husband Roland. Roland, you did everything possible to make Shirley comfortable and feel cared for.
