Dear Steve and Becky, John and Jane,
I am sorry I am unable to attend the service today, someone had to remain in the office and Dan and Peter are to represent us by being there. I am incredibly sorry for your loss. Gramps lived a long, prosperous life because he was fortunate enough to possess all the riches a large loving family can give you. May the memories of all of the countless family gatherings bring you constant joy in all of your years to come.
My thoughts are with you all.
