I was so sad to be informed of Sue's death. We became friends as soon as we met and then stood up for their wedding. I always enjoyed the biyearly visits to Abbotsford and in the more recent years, to Rhinelander after visiting at the Elcho farm. We shared many laughs over the years. I have so enjoyed my recent calls with Jenni and hope they continue. Sending love and comfort to Denis, Jim and Jenni. Rhonda

I was saddened to learn that you and your family lost your mom. Please accept my deepest condolences. Sue and I had rooms next to each other at Gen. Mitchell, and I was also on the board with her for Interfaith. She was a great lady. I plan to be with you on August 14, so that we can all pay tribute to her. Blessings to you, Jennifer and to Jim and of course your dad. Peace. Sincerely, Virginia Grossman

I treasure the time I worked with Sue and enjoyed the time we worked on the book give-away and teaching our kids the love of reading. Sue you truly loved teaching and did what Jesus did best surround yourself with little kids. We will miss you.

I was so saddened to hear of Sue's passing. We had so much fun together in the Cudahy church when we were younger. We worked well together in the United Methodist Womens group as well as our annual Crhistmas Cookie sale. Sue will be missed by so many. She was a wonderful person who had a very jolly laugh. Rest in peace my friend. And God bless her family.

I am so saddened to hear about the passing of my dear 3rd grade teacher. Mrs. Heise was an incredible teacher who helped me find my passion in math. She also had some fun by showing us how to type her last name into a calculator. I will always cherish the memories of the genuine teacher she was. Until we meet again, rest in peace.

Sue will be dearly missed by all who knew her from her time with Project Concern's food pantry. When I was hired to assume the Agency Director role, the board of directors gathered to meet me and it was a bit nerve-racking at first. Then, for lunch I was seated next to Sue and she made me feel very at ease and talked with me throughout the meal. She always had a smile for me. May she rest in peace.
