Brookfield - (nee Sciano) July 20, 2020 at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of Donald. Dear mother of Greg (Jean) Kurk, Denise (James Terwelp) Elwing, Doreen (Chris) Kurkowski-Oaks and Gary (Alyse Stonebraker) Kurkowski. Loving grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Sister of Linda (Bruce) Hochtritt. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation Saturday, July 25th at the Harder Funeral Home from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 PM.

So sorry to see this after all this years. We met in Champaign, IL working in different departments and had a trailer home behind us. We wrote letters and Christmas cards for years. She was a delight to be around.

I will always think of Theresa whenever I am having an Italian food feast. She was always warm and kind to the crew many years ago at Architects-Planners and would treat all of us to bounty of great Italian food a couple of times a year. My condolences to Don and the adult children - Greg, Denise, Doreen and Gary. A truly nice person in the world ran out of time
