Our condolences to the Cox family. Dr. Cox and the Glendale Clinic were there for our family for as long as I can remember; proper care and comfort were prescribed in large doses. Our thanks to Dr. Cox for taking such good care of us. May he now find peace and comfort. Blessings to you all.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers. I have really great memories of coming to your house when I was a kid. Your Dad and Mom were a part of our lives when we were young. It is our duty to continue in their great tradition and live life to the fullest. As a young boy living in St. Paul, our family would travel to Milwaukee at least once a year,and always see the Cox family. I have very fond memories of my uncle Tom, my aunt Patty, and all their children. They were then, and always have been, warm, sharing, caring, wonderful people. Tom, like the family members that preceded him in death, will be greatly missed. May the great memories of the times you had with your father sustain you through the difficult times.

Our deepest condolences to the entire Cox family. We wish you the best and hope that your sadness and sense of loss will be tempered by knowing that Dr Cox is at peace. I greatly enjoyed visiting with Dr Cox at Austins graduation party. He was a pleasure to talk with and get to know.

I know they are together with Shirley too. Greatest guy in my life. Also saved it by getting me in with Dr. Johnson for my heart surgery. Love and condolences to all of you from Tom up here in Eagle River. Will see you tomorrow.

To the best family doctor there was! He gave above and beyond not only to his patients but to so many Dominican functions! Bless your family during this difficult time! He was kind and humble man!

Tom Cox was a GREAT guy - Period. Compassionate, strict, fair. My father acknowledged several times how he was instrumental in, and a true partner in their venture, Glendale Clinic. They had a great, unquestioning respect for each other that few of us will ever know. Great partnership & lasting friendship!
I always remembered him scolding me as he would Dennis(we both earned it - often). He talked to us, listened to understand,then put the hammer down. I appreciated it - great parent to us ...
I finally had that appreciation talk with him recently. He simply gave me a smile of acknowledgment and then gave me a big hug, no words.....
The Cox family has had a rough year with the loss of Patty, Dennis, and now Tom. Our family will remember the good times....

Hello and condolences to the Cox family. Joseph Perez, Physician Assistant at St. Mary's Hospital. Worked with Drs. Collentine, Conway, Ovitt, & Melkonian from 1972-1990. Always enjoyed talking to Dr.Cox, especially about Apollo Beach which was near my home in East Tampa Florida. Such a gentleman and a fine physician. It was a privilege to know him and the other physicians in his group, especially Dr. Flood. May he rest in peace.

Dear Cox family,
The Bouchard family knows the heartbreak your feeling all too well, as we lost both mom & dad six months to the day of each other, Dr. Cox played a big part in all of our lives, as he not only delivered all Seven of us but helped watch over us to make sure we stayed heathy, long gone are the days of doctor visits at home, if we needed it he was there, it could've been 3 in the morning didn't matter he was there...
Thank you again Dr. Cox, you will be missed..rest in peace
