Thomas Harris Obituary

Harris, Thomas L. At the age of 86, on November 7, 2017. Tom aka" Snook" Harris departed this life at 7:00pm. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Annabelle Harris; his aunts Helen Alexander, Anna Paris and Myrtle McMillion. Tom was a professional musician turned photographer. He played drums in many lounges and nightclubs around Milwaukee. He was one of the first Blacks to earn and associate degree in photography at MATC in 1969. He leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, Creighton T. Harris and Arnold Harris, daughter Tiffany J. Harris all of California; grandson, Creighton C. Harris, cousin Frances(William) Utsey of Milwaukee WI, William ( Pat) Webb of Marina California Stacee Utsey of Atlanta GA., DeAnna Utsey of Milwaukee WI., friend and pastor, Lovelace Redmond, and long time caregiver Shakarr Phifer. Combined services will be Friday 17, 2017 at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Chimes 13235 W. Capitol Dr. Brookfield WI. Visitation 10am- Funeral 11AM. Internment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
