Todd was a great Army Officer and I am proud to have called him a friend while we were stationed at Fort Benning. I am truly saddened to hear of his passing. Sending heartfelt thoughts and prayers to his family.

CPT Todd Ketterer was a Great Soldier, a hard worker, great sense of humor, very tolerant and extremely helpful. Many times, I asked for his assistance, which he provided perhaps with a little sarcasm, but never mean spirited. I am proud to say that I knew him. Deepest sympathy to his family.
