For Dottie and Family,
I was not in the city and so very sorry was not available to celebrate Bill's life at the service. He was a great guy who gave unselfish service to mankind and will be greatly missed by many. His smiling face around the MCE neighborhood was special to all of us. Heaven is a better place.
