I met Bill only this spring during flight training. His kindness and warmth became immediately apparent. He spoke very lovingly about his family. When we briefly met up again in September, on one of his flights, passing through the Charleston area, he asked about my baby daughter and recalled her first name. Such was his attention to detail. Prayers and strength to his wife and family.

I was Bill's instrument instructor over 25 years ago at West Bend Airport. I still remember sitting next to him.
