I met Bill at Hart Park as I was helping my daughter with her serve before tryouts for Brookfield Central. He didn't come over to talk with me. We became immediate friends and used to hit once or twice a week for years. He was like a second father to me and will be missed. Sandy you are in my prayers.

Bill was a man with a big heart . Bill helped start the (renegade) Milwaukee Metro Independent Tennis League. He touched many tennis players more than they would even know. He was always out there searching for the truth. He will be directing and organizing the group wherever he is. Such a strong man will never truly be gone, for he has left such a presence in our heart.

Many of us appreciate the positive energy and tremendous organizing efforts wild Bill gave to so many on the tennis courts. Our thanks and appreciation go to his family for allowing him to share so much time with us tennis players. Bill was a special person and will be appreciated and missed.
