My relationship with Bill began in real estate with finding him his home and continued as he built his real estate portfolio with me and Shorewest and we gradually became friends. He was a very special guy...quiet, independent, caring and very concerned about his Mother. I can't find the words to express what his passing means to me. He was truly very special and someone I'll never forget.

My deepest sympathies on the loss of Bill. He was warm and kind from the moment I met him in high school as an incoming freshman from another district and an upper classman who knew the lay of the land. Unfortunately we had lost contact in recent years, but he has always had a special place in my heart, and he always will. His passing is a great loss to all who loved him and the community at large. Such kind, considerate, loyal people are harder and harder to find these days. In my heart I know he will be looking out for those he loves even now. May Bill and Drako rest in peace and may you, his family of blood and choice find comfort in one another.

Bill was a wonderful and unselfish man who would do anything for anybody. Drako was his life and he would do anything for his him. Heaven has gained another angel and Drako is with him also and they are both seated at the right hand of St. Francis of Assisi, patron of saint of all animals. I will miss our conversations and discussions every morning on my deck with you, drinking our Amaretto coffee, eating our sweets and feeding Drako breakfast every morning. The Land will not be the same without you. Thank you for being the most wonderful Godfather to Jack and Juliana Seelig. Please protect, guide and continue to watch over them from Heaven up above. Like you once told me whenever I see a red cardinal on my bird feeders I will believe it's you visiting me from Heaven. Til I see you again.

Bill you will be in our hearts forever. You were the best Godfather to our grandkids Jack and Juliana. I will meet you every November in the mouse house up north for some beers and to discuss our deer strategy lol

Gonna miss you my friend, gone way too soon.

When Dan was in Cub Scouts, doing the soap box derby was challenging for me. Bill came to the rescue, helping Dan assemble and paint his car. He was a kind, patient young man. He will be missed by all those he helped along the way.

We would like to extend our Sincere Sympathy to Family, and Friend's. We had the honor of knowing Bill, from my Niece Jenny and Jim Seelig. He was the BEST GODFATHER FOR JACK, AND JULIANA SEELIG.He was the most generous man, I knew, he would give the shirt off his back, if he knew you needed help, without you asking twice. He loved his beloved dog Drako and would do anything for him. He was a good Christian, and will be missed enormously by all.

To the Koepke family,I would like to extend my condolences and prayers on the loss of Bill. I have known Bill thru the Seeligs for many years. We would see each other at functions and talk about life. Bill was a great man and will be missed by so many. I can't say I understand your pain but we all have felt a big loss with Bill gone. I will continue to pray for your family during this time and hope there will be peace and comfort with the support you will have in the coming days.
