Mr. & Mrs. Devine: We are deeply saddened to hear of Willie's passing; therefore, you have our condolences with love. As a former classmate and family tie, I'm forced to reflect and rejoice. Willie Carter was well regarded for the work he did as a school social worker for Milwaukee Public Schools. I want to express my sympathy to his family.
