Robert "Bobby" Landers

Robert "Bobby" Landers, 81, born October 9, 1943 a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and resident of Cocodrie, Louisiana passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Friday, September 26, 2025. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. He is survived by his brothers, Don Landers and his wife Francine of Baton Rouge, and Ronnie Landers and his wife Roseann of Slidell; and nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, A.F. Landers, and mother, Viola Landers. Bob shall be remembered not only as a great brother but a wonderful friend and neighbor to his community in Cocodrie. He loved fishing and looking after any animal that showed up on his doorstep. To all his family, friends, and neighbors whom he has left behind, Bob's wish would be to let them know that he has gone ahead of them to get the fish biting, and he'll leave one or two for the rest of us.
