Aaron Ray Markley

Markley, Aaron Ray Aaron passed away on December 13, 2016, in Houston, TX. He was born July 25, 1958, to Buck and Nona Markley in Plainville, KS. He graduated from Plainville High School then attended Kansas State University and later Dartmouth. He had two children, Gabriel Aaron and Kristen Marie with former wife, Molly Meade. Aaron worked as an international energy trader for several large corporations including Cargill and BP; and was exemplary in his field. He was an inspiration to all those who knew him; an energetic and impassioned individual that will be remembered for his adventurous nature and generous spirit. Aaron is survived by son, Gabriel and his wife, Louisa; daughter, Kristen; and brother, Rick Markley. He was predeceased by his parents and sister, Lisa Markley. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday December 20, 2016, at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 1958 Webb Rd., Wichita, KS. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
