I cannot believe it's been nearly 10 years without you here. I can't help but to wonder what kind of man you would have been. You had so many great things going for you. This wasn't supposed to happen. Not to you. I miss you every day. I am still in disbelief and shock. I often read letters you have written me, or go through a box of things from you years ago, just to be reminded of how much love you had for me and everyone else. You changed the lives of so many people and for the better. You would brighten any room you walked in to, and could make anyone laugh. Your smile was contagious, and your humor was amazing. Such a beautiful soul, taken too soon. I love and miss you. 2hearts1love.

Aaron, there are so many things I could say I just cannot find the words. It's been 8 years, but it feels like a lifetime. I still think about you every day. Whether it be hearing lady Gaga's poker face or a more subtle, meaningful song we shared together.. I can still hear your voice & your laugh. Seeing everyone's lives change and all of us from the crew grow in our own ways is challenging knowing you're not here to experience everything with us. I know you're still with each and every one of us and guiding the way, it's just not the same. Nothing has been the same since you went away, I know we will cross paths again...one sweet day. Love and miss you SO MUCH.

I went to school with Aaron at Kellogg Elementary and he was such a cool and loving and very handsome young man!! Aaron, words can't really describe how much I'll miss you. It's amazing how the one year I went to school with you, you impacted my life like you wouldn't believe. When I left Wichita, I knew that you would be one of the people I would never forget. today i attended aaron lee perez's funeral whith around 500 hundred others. This is probably the most tragic thing to happen to me since the passing of another friend two years ago. aaron and i went to school for two years at andover central. All you had to do was meet him one time to know that he was a great person and that is why he was so widely loved. I miss you Aaron, and i will always remember you buddy i love you...

I am so sorry for your loss. Aaron and I was good friends. We had Music Appreciation together. But i left South 2nd semester and hadn't seen him since. But when i did leave he gave me a Huge hug and told me that he was going to miss me. I told him the same. I didn't realize that it was him at first. Actually i couldn't believe it. It seems like only yesterday we was in Music Appreciation class talking and having fun with Darrius and Arie (Lisa). I really am going to miss him. I send my condolecences out to his family.

Man Aaron, I don't even know where to start! I honestly don't know how I could've survived this summer without you! I mean, it was pretty much the best! Man you were such a great friend! I'm so glad we had class together last year because it brought us so much closer! I knew I could talk to you about anything and you always had the BEST advice! Man. I heard on the radio that a south high senior had died and i said to myself i hope its not aaron. Then i get to school and find out hes gone. Everyone misses him so much. I remeber joking with him in the halls during lunch. South wont be the same without you aaron!

Our family was blessed to have known Aaron, as a friend and former classmate of our son. I will always remember Aaron for the agility and quickness he displayed running the football while at ACHS. Aaron helped put the sod in our yard when we moved into our house. Everytime we step foot on our lawn, our thoughts will be of Aaron and his warm, generous heart.

I couldn't believe it when I heard the news. I still remember the first time we met. We were in summer weights getting ready for the upcoming football season. You kept joking with me and boosting me when I thought I couldn't lift something or do a work out. You really helped me out a lot. You were such a great friend and teammate.
