Dear Lies family, so sorry for your loss. The few times I had the pleasure to see your dad, he was always a very cordial and delightful person, whom I'm sure will be greatly missed.

Dear Family,

So sorry to hear about Al. I am not a real big fan of e-mailing condolences, but I'm out of the country right now and feel like it is the best to give my regards. Hopefully I will be able to be at his funeral.

Al has been a customer at the barber shop (Hair Mechanix) for probably 4-5 years. I really respected his knowledge and wisdom of building. He was always so complimentary as well. When I went to the hospital to cut his hair, when I think he had open heart surgery or bypass, he still had that great attitude. I'm not sure that I could have been so kind after enduring what he did.

Again you have my deepest sympathy and also though it was great to have been given the chance to be touched by Al's life.

Sincerely,
