Wichita, Kansas - Charles S. Evenson, retired auctioneer and rancher, died Wednesday, June 22, 2022. Memorial Service will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Graveside Service will follow at 2:00 pm, Greenwood Cemetery, 7th St. & Miracle Rd., Eureka, KS.

CHUCK AND I WERE SO SORRY TO HEAR OF CHARLIE'S PASSING. WHAT A GREAT GUY! ALWAYS ENJOYED ALL OF OUR TRIPS TO BURNS. WE MET AT THE DOUBLE S SALON FOR MOUNTAIN OYSTERS ON THURSDAY NIGHTS. THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS TO THE FAMILY. MAY THE MEMORIES OF THIS SPECIAL MAN BRING YOU PEACE. REST IN PEACE FRIEND. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO THIS GREAT NATION.
