We are so sorry to here of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you, Tammy and your family. We were next door neighbors for a couple of years (1999-2001), and Charles was always saying hi, we always enjoyed talking with him. He was a very good person and will be missed, he always honked or waved when he drove by my house here in the past four years. Your family will be in our prayers.
