I was shocked & deeply sad to learn of Cloetta's passing. I met Cloetta when I was transferred from Kansas City to the Steak & Ale Restaurant on East Kellogg. We became best friends from the second we met. We were like kindred spirits together. We were sisters who loved each other & shared our inner most thoughts, opinions, hopes & dreams. She was a devoted & loving mother to Rachel & Robert, & always so proud of them. When I married she was my matron of honor. We stayed in touch for many years, writing & calling each other. I even visited her & helped her set up her kitchen when she started "Ayala's Fine Foods." She also had a cleaning business, too. She loved photography & took classes & shared her creativity w/me. She loved to travel. My life was for the better for having known her. She always had a way of touching the lives of others. I now know I will feel the pain of missing her from now on. I want to offer my deep sympathy to all of Cloetta's family, especially to Rachel, Robert, and Henry. Cloetta was always so beautiful in every way.

I am so sorry to hear about Cloetta passing. She was a special lady and one of my very dear friends. I have been trying to reach her by phone with no return call which was not like her. My phone rang a couple of weeks ago and it was Chloe(caller id)...of course she was not on the other end( I am sure now someone was most likely moving her things)...I guess she just wanted me to know she had gone home. My prayers go out to her family, she loved you all so much, we spoke of you often. I know she is dancing with the angels now! I love you & will see you when I come home~

My deepest sympathies go out to all of her family & friends. I have such great memories of Cloe and of our years together - on and off the soccer field! She was a great team player and person. I'm saddened that we lost touch with each other over the years as our lives moved on to other things. I was so happy to have run into her when I was out one day. With everything going on in her life, she was so positive it would all work out. She put up a good fight - which always was her way! My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. I had lost track of Clyde over the years. I am so sorry to hear this. I remember our afternoons down at Nifty and how she and Sandra befriended me when I needed help. This world has lost a good person.

We were very sad to read about the passing of Cloetta. I hope her enthusiasm for the life she led will sustain you in the days before you. Know that we will have you in our thoughts and prayers. Please let Linda, Darold and John know that will are thinking of them as well. God doesn't give us more than we can handle I'm sure but sometimes I think we have to let time pass before we understand the true meaning. God bless you all.

Chloe had such a beautiful, beautiful soul... I'll never forget the many lessons learned over hours of just listening to her. I'll likewise never forget the genuine joy from her radiant eyes, her warm smile, and the knowledge that her thoughts were sincere and from the heart. Rest in Peace my dear, dear Friend...
