I love you Cody. We have been best friend since the day we were born. We were always there for each other. We had each other's back no matter what. You were a hard worker and had a very big heart. Anyone could tell how important your family was to you and how much they meant to you. Our memories will always be in my heart for the rest of my life. I'll never forget some of the crazy stuff we did. I will tell my kids the story of us driving on the highway and the semi driver next to us, I think that's my favorite story of them all. I love you Cody, I'll see you soon.

I light this candle along with a prayer that this family finds comfort in the presence of our Lord. May they find peace and understanding in knowing that their loved one is in the arms of his Heavenly Father. Together they mourn dear Lord but together they also celebrate life. The life of a young man that they cherish and love. A young man gone from this earth but never from their hearts or far from their thoughts. I pray healing from their pain and sorrow. I pray for joy and happiness and smiles and laughter as they remember and celebrate Cody's life and all the joy he brought them. I pray for this family in Jesus name.

In this life you can either impact people or impress people. If you impact people you are choosing to advance God's purpose. The size of Cody's impact is impossible to measure. His character is brimming with compassion, acceptance, optimism and vision. He thoroughly enjoyed forecasting his future endeavours and accomplishments. For me our togetherness and loyalty cultivated a shared community we built on respect. We spoke candidly on how our own mistakes, failures, trials & tribulations are all accepted by God. Knowing this we both found peace in our shortcomings and we found confidence in exploring new possibilities. I appreciate Cody for assisting me in viewing how men deal with vulnerability, he helped me bring some of my buried weaknesses to the surface. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in Love. - Ephesians 4:2
My life changed forever in April 2018. God brought me an amazing figure who is courageous, genuine, wholesome, pure and exudes the Love and support in all the right ways. The core of a man's Spirit comes from new experiences. My plans I made for the both of us have not been detoured. My experience's with Cody continue to provide moments of epic proportions that generate motivation and persistence. Cody will be in my heart forever.
Success is indicative of commitment and passion. Passion is one sphere of life that can be transferred into another sphere. I challenge all who are reading this to carve out new experience's using the memories Cody provided you. There is not a better way to reward Cody for his passionate personality that has changed our worlds forever.
One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a Friend who sticks closer than a Brother. Proverbs 18:24

I met Cody when he was about 3 years old. His Aunt Maggie and I would babysit him. I remember Cody as a sweet, caring, yet onry little boy. We had so much fun watching him. We would also watch Eric and Skyler. Having them three together was a blast. There are things in life that happen and we will never understand why. I pray Cody rest in peace. I pray for his family and loved ones.

Beloved Cody Bug - I am trusting and believing that you now know far more about Jesus than I do. I keep shaking my head, disbelieving that you have been taken from us at this time in your life when you were standing on the threshold of bright new beginnings and promises (to yourself) yet to be fulfilled. I will miss you SO, SO MUCH every day that is left of my own earth journey, Cody! The LOVE our whole family has for you will endure into eternity. We are always together, never really apart. I love you with all my heart - Gma Barbara PTL "I thank my God in all my remembrance of you." - Philippians 1:3

While I never knew Cody personally I did have many conversations about him with his mom. Melissa loves him with everything she is and always will. I send my condolences to his entire family. He was taken from this earth far too soon and I pray he finds his peace in Heaven and I know he will be watching over you all for the rest of your days. RIP Cody!
