Brian and Haney Families,
I am shocked and saddened to hear of David's death. I worked with David first @ Galichia Medical and then Wesley Medical Center. Most recently I had the pleasure of working with him briefly @ St. Francis Medical. I enjoyed David's presence so much. He was always interested in the well-being of others and provided good care to his patients. As I read the other entries in this book, many have commented on the hearty greetings and warm (or ornery!) smiles David gave so freely and yet you always felt they were sincere and given without expectations.
My thoughts and prayers are sent to you in the hope that they may somehow bring you comfort.
Please, know others share your grief and loss.

I give my deepest sympathy to Davids family, I used to work at Galichia Heart Hospital as a receptionist when it first opened for almost 2 years. David always had a smile on his face when he would pass the front desk with a good morning greeting and sometimes an onry smile. I missed his smile and sweet comedian type of humor after I quit working at Galichia. That smile of his will stick in my memory forever, no matter how bad a day was that smile seemed to stay. David will be missed by everyone.
