David was such a great guy!
It was always the best time when we hosted him and his friends at the lake.
But his most admirable quality was what a great dad he was. He loved his daughters so much. And I know he will be looking out for his grandson that will be here soon.
All my love to the family.

Dave was a friend who would be there for you when you needed him, never short on opinions and most of the time spot on! Ride with the knees in the wind, my buddy and pat Gotti on the head for me.

I knew Dave since we were both 5 years old. He was always a dear friend who called it like he saw it. So many great times... I´ll keep it PG here but those who knew him are smiling now reminiscing on all the stories!

David was a loving, caring husband and father and a blessing to his family. He was so proud of his daughters and wife. He was a Jayhawk and Chiefs fan and a proud North High "Redskin. I am honored to call him my Son in Law.

Lynette, Perrine and Juliann,
Just discovered the news of Dave's death and upcoming memorial service. So sorry to know of his illness, and that he won't get to know the grandbaby.. as I knew him for a short time, he was a gentle and caring soul and you are each reflections of that. Blessings and peace to you as you work through your grief. As a neighbor, I hope you'll at least stop to say hi when you drive by and see me or Andrea in the yard.

Dave was such a wonderful family man. He shared with me one of the best moments in life was giving away his daughter Juliann in marriage just this year. Such a tragedy taking him away from all of us too soon. Rest in peace my brother.

A wonderful man. A loving husband and father. A true, life-long friend who will never be forgotten.
Ride on Vig, my brother, and rest in peace.
