Wichita, Kansas - Eileen Marcella Liechti, 89, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the Platte County Legacy Home in Wheatland Wyoming. A funeral service will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20 at Peace Lutheran Church in Andover, Kansas. Interment will follow at the Andover Cemetery. Eileen was born in Canton, Kansas on September 16, 1932 to William Oscar and Edna Hattie (Heim) Lehner. Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carroll Liechti and her brother John. She is survived by her son Jeffrey (Tish) Liechti of Tekamah, Nebraska; Teresa Liechti of Wheatland, Wyoming; Kevin (Tracy) Liechti of Rose Hill, Kansas; five grandchildren, Kristan, Lauryn, Megan, Madison and Ian. Memorials have been established with Peace Lutheran Church, Lutheran Hour Ministries and Alzheimer's Association.
