Mulvane, Kansas - Eleanor (Henry) Kessler, 82 of Mulvane, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 surrounded by family. Eleanor was born on January 12, 1942 in Houston, TX the daughter of Edmund Henry and Dorothy (Harris) Helferstay. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; daughter, Deanna Wilbur and sister, Cindy Helferstay. Survivors include sons, Jeff (LaTavia) Allen, Tim (Cheryl) Allen; grandchildren, Amanda (Adam) Leivian, Adam Wilbur, Abby Wilbur, Alicia (Daniel) Oliver, Tyler Allen, Travis Allen, Madison Allen; great grandchildren, August, Aiken, Adler, Emily and Wyatt.
Memorial service and interment will be at a later date to ensure the presence of family.

So sorry to hear of this but Heaven is blessed with another angel. She lived next dor to us years ago and we connected again a few years ago, Had planned to do some genealogy together and put it off too long. Sympathies to her family.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Eleanor. We worked together at Dillards over 27 years ago. She was always so nice and kind. I was her Avon lady for awhile too - I always enjoyed our visits at her cute little apartment. RIP my old friend
