Clearwater, Kansas - Frank W. Charles, age 90, retired Facility Manager for Bombardier Learjet, member of HOG, and a Shiner, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025. Visitation, Thursday, August 21 from 1-7PM with family present 5:30-7PM. Funeral service, Friday August 22 at 2PM both at Webb Shinkle Mortuary, 200 S. Tracy Clearwater, KS. Preceded in death by wife, Dorma (Smith) Charles; parents, Frank Charles Jr. and Opal Fowler; son, Walter Scott; siblings, James Charles, Opal Schreiner, and Mary Edmondson. Survived by children, Frank Charles, Denise Drescher both of Wichita, Darren (Denise) Scott of Titusville, FL; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren In lieu of flowers, Memorial: Midian Shrine Children's Hospital, c/o Midian Shrine Temple, 130 N Topeka, Wichita, KS 67202. www.wsmortuary.com
