I am so sorry to hear of Gaylord's death. I really enjoyed the brief neighborhood encounters I had with him. Jim saw Gaylord and Byron often and always came home to share their delightful conversations.

I knew Lynn for a brief time back in 7th and 8th grades (1959-1961) and we became the best of friends. We enjoyed baseball (he was a big Yankees fan back then), chess, watching scary TV shows (The Twilight Zone was one of our favorites), and just paling around together in Fallbrook, CA. We lost touch after he and his family left Fallbrook, but I was fortunate enough to see him at our 50th class reunion in 2015. What a great time that was and I got to see his mom then, too. I'm so saddened to learn of his passing and I send heartfelt condolences to the family and friends he left behind.
