Guyla was my dear friend. I've known her since I was a young girl. We used to joke about whether she was like a second mom to me or an older sister. So I always called her on her birthday and mother's day. We held hands and prayed at a friends funeral... she loved the movie "Michael" which we watched together. She was a blessing to our family and helped take care of my mom while mom was still at home. When we talked on the phone it was always for an hour. I will miss her and it was an honor for me to know her and call her my friend.

Love & prayers to all of Guyla's family. Many years ago I enjoyed bowling with her & Gwen. She was a very caring person. I know her passing leaves a void in your life. May memories bring smiles.
