I met Harriet several years ago through the Senseney Community Band (of which her husband Jim was a member of the trumpet section) on a trip we took to Europe. Harriet was one of the sweetest ladies I ever knew with a real zest for life. She and I and another friend spent a day in Salzburg doing a tour of the "Sound of Music" locations. I don't know who had the most fun, Harriet or us. My condolences go out to Jim and the rest of Harriet's family. I know she will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

David and Family,
Although we didn't know your mom very well, we have always heard nothing but wonderful things about her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Doc Morgan, Kathy, David and Mark:
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Great memories of the short walk across the dam to get to each others house. Rolling Hills CC swim team, cook-outs, summer kick-the-can, great times growing up. I think of you all often.

It is hard to put into words what Harriet meant to me all these years. She was a great lady, I was so blessed to have known her and be a friend. She will be missed.

Jim and Family:
My heart was saddened when I read Harriet's obituary this morning. I so vividly remember the many fun church choir parties both at your home and at the church. Harriet was the consummate hostess and always had a kind word for everyone. I know she will be greatly missed. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
With love -
(former Westwood Presby. organist)

To my family in Kansas.
I want to say that I'm truly sorry for our great loss.I have many fond memories of all of us getting together through out the years from My mom's house in Brooklyn, Harriet and Jim's house in Kansas and of course the beautiful lake house.Even though Some of these memories go as far back as 30 years ago and some are only 3 months ago it feels like yesterday... We have had some gaps in our communication through out the years but for the most part I do believe that we have been on each others minds and in each others hearts the whole time.I know Harriet wants us to stay together and to keep in touch and continue what she started. To love and care for one another as she did and as a family does. You will be missed very much Aunt Harriet... Love always, Timothy paul Haring
