Jennifer R. Timmermeyer-Heckel

HUTCHINSON - Timmermeyer-Heckel, Jennifer R., 27, died June 14, 2011 in her home in Hutchinson. She was born July 25, 1983 in Wichita, the daughter of Marc & Carol Oster Timmermeyer. She grew up in Wichita and graduated in 2001 from Wichita Heights High School and later received her Accounting degree from Wichita State University in 2008. She was a group leader in the Human Resources Dept. at Kroger Corporate Offices in Hutchinson. Jennifer was a member of the Church of The Holy Cross. She was devoted to her 2 boys, Brian and Tanner. Jennifer married Brian Heckel on September 5, 2009 in Wichita. He survives. Other survivors include a son, Tanner Heckel, of the home; a brother, Brent Timmermeyer; a sister, Barbara Wyss; her parents; and her grandmother, Mary Timmermeyer, all of Wichita; her mother-in-law, Cathy Spears, Lyons; her father-in-law, Robert Heckel, Hutchinson; her sister-in-law, Terri Heckel, Overland Park; and 3 nieces and 1 nephew. Mass Of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 20, 2011 at the Church of The Holy Cross with Fr. Joseph Eckberg presiding. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. A rosary will be recited at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, followed the family greeting friends from 4:00 p.m-6:00 p.m. all at Elliott Mortuary. Public visitation at the funeral home will be Saturday, 1:00 p.m-9:00 p.m. and Sunday, 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Jenny Heckel Memorial Fund, a fund set up at First National Bank, and sent to Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N.
