I met Karen through her Dr's visit and we hit it off immediately. We have been missing her - that mischievous smile and her quick wit and how she always spoke her mind. She also loved her family and friends well! She will be greatly missed and not forgotten. May your memories of her bring you joy and comfort. God Blessings and comfort to her family.

I remember the long nights we spent working together in Special Care and MICU at Wesley, it seems like a life time ago. We had so much fun and a lot of laughs, we were quite the team, including Vicky, Sally, Mike, Miriam, You and I just to mention a few. Fly free sweet Karen, you are among the Angels now. Rest in Peace, and may God comfort your family.

You were the best mother and friend anyone could ask for. I will never forget all of the good times we had. I will keep our Christmas eve tradition alive by watching Darlene Love perform her song Christmas. My heart is broken that you're gone, but I have comfort in knowing that you are finally at peace. I love you mom.

I will never forget standing in front of the T.V. in the waiting room at work on 9/11 and hearing you say, " It's terrorists". I thought it just couldn't be, but you were right. We just locked arms and stood there together. The dinners we went to and spending hours just talking. I will miss you so much but take comfort knowing your suffering is over and you are resting in the arms of God. Love, Shirley
