March 11, 1949 - November 7, 2025
Lewisville, Texas - Kathy Greer, age 76, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025, in Plano, Texas. She was born in Kingman, Kansas, but grew up on a farm in Wichita, Kansas.
Kathy attended Derby High School and graduated in 1967. She worked many years in Medical Records at St. Francis and Via Christi Hospital.
Kathy is preceded in death by her father, Harlan Weber; her mother, Barbara Specht Weber; and her brothers, Charles Weber and Lee Weber.
She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Greer White and son-in-law, Norman White, and their daughter, Addison Grace White, of Northlake, Texas.
Kathy is also survived by her brother, Monty Weber, of Lewisville, Texas; and her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Don Neel, of Highland Village, Texas.
Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.

My dear friend for many years, Kathy was always sweet and kind. I have fond memories of spending the night and doing fun things like baking bread and riding her horse. As young mothers we would get together and bake pies. We drifted apart in later years but I loved her dearly. I truly wish we had reconnected in our later years. Rest in peace dear Kathy.
