Wichita, Kansas - LaTricia Ann Mingle, 73, passed away on February 7, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas.
Born on November 22, 1951, LaTricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She found great joy in quilting, shopping, cooking, and gathering with friends for dinner and prayer. Her faith was an important part of her life, and she was an active member of Legacy Worship Center, previously Westside Freewill Baptist church.
LaTricia cherished her family deeply. She is survived by her daughter, Natasha Byerly, and husband Troy; her son, Nathan Mingle, and wife Janie; and her beloved grandchildren Kinley Byerly, Logan Byerly, Jaycie Mingle, Kaylie Mingle, and Cody Mingle. She also leaves behind her siblings: Allen Salkil, Gary Salkil, Sharon Morgan, Debbie Salkil, and Stephanie Salkil-Coleman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Mingle; her brother Stephen Salkil; and her parents, Rudolph and Bonnie Salkil. LaTricia held a special place in her heart for Roger and treasured the life they built together. They shared 47 years of devotion to one another.
Family gatherings were among LaTricia's greatest joys, especially during the holidays when she would prepare large meals filled with love and laughter. Her warmth and kindness touched all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Legacy Worship Center, 3310 W. MacArthur Road, Wichita, KS 67217.
LaTricia's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

LaTricia always had something good to eat when I was in high school. I remember her always making sure I´d had enough to eat! She was an incredibly sweet woman with her faith in Jesus always at the forefront of her daily life! I picture her in heaven with Roger and asking someone to go out to the garage to tell him dinner is ready! He´s still working on a VW Bug in heaven I am sure!)
