Mr. Appling would frequently come into the Register of Deeds office where I had the pleasure of filing his documents over the course of 18 years. He was a very delightful person. I enjoyed knowing him. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family. God Bless.

To Carol and Family
Sorry to hear of Marvin's passing. I used to work for Marvin in the County Attorney's office many years ago. Later he represented me in a legal matter. I know how much he loved his family. The years do go by so quickly.
