I was deeply saddened to learn about Mist's passing. I do remember her and her sister Candy from Kindergarten at Dodge. I enjoyed her sparkle and friendliness with everyone and she was a memorable student for me. The whole family was a treasure for me to work with and I'm sending my heartfelt sympathy.I'm still in Wichita but have been retired since 2006. Some students stay in your heart and you all are there for me.

I remember 3 little girls in the back of a car all holding hands and hugging one another with tear stained faces talking about their Jesus as they were leaving Grma and Grandpa Butcher house. A memory to be remembered as it depicts the saying out of the mouths of babes. May not one of our family miss Heaven.

I remember 3 little girls in the back of a car leaving Grma Butcher's house holding hands and praying and talking about "their" Jesus. Their were tears in their eyes and on their faces, a memory never to be forgotten as it was so very impressive that these little hearts knew of Jesus. Welcome to Heaven, Misty got a feeling you are being held in Grmpa Butcher's arms and that of your Jesus.
