AUDREY CLARK Obituary

Audrey Jean Clark, 88, Oak Grove, Mo., passed away September 1, 2015, at Center Point Hospital, Independence, Mo. A Celebration of Life is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at Timothy Lutheran Church, 425 NW RD Mize Rd, Blue Springs, Mo., where Jean was a loyal member. Memorial service will follow at 10 a.m. She will be laid to rest in Swan Lake Memorial Park, Grain Valley, Mo. Jean was born Oct. 7, 1926, in Waterloo, Iowa. She was an avid Chiefs fan and a newcomer to the Royals Kingdom. She was an accomplished bridge player and played in three different groups. She was devoted to her Friday morning Bible Study. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, James E. Clark. Jean is survived by her sister, Marilyn Brickley; three children, Mike Clark (Eileen), Teri Whetstone (Bob) and Pam Clark; six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. She was the Matriarch of the family that dearly loved her and will miss her greatly. Arr.: Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, (816) 463-4030.
