Barbara A. Ebel, 78 of Independence, Missouri was reunited with her husband on Sunday, September 17, 2006. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 21, 2006 at Mt. Washington Forever Mausoleum Chapel, Independence. Burial to follow in Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. A "Celebration of Life" in honor of Barbara will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the Mausoleum. She married Johnnie Eble on April 10, 1946 in Harrisburg, Nebraska and they eventually made their home in the Independence area. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Friend. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded into heaven by 2 Sons; Ernest V. Ebel and Warren R. Ebel. 1 Daughter; Rebecca V. Ebel and her Husband; Johnnie V. Ebel who passed away in October of 2004. She is survived by 2 Sons; David Ebel and wife Melanie and Bob Ebel and wife Kim. 3 Daughters; Barbara Flaaen, Delores Ferguson and Ruth Ellen and husband Curtis. 16 Grandchildren; Jimmy and Michelle Snider, Bill and Suzanne Witthar, Stephanie Ferguson Ross, Roy and James Flaaen, Tammy Ebel, Kyle and Krystyn Grimsley, Brian and Maeghan Weygandt, Caleb and Nathaniel Ebel and Lane and Kenan Ebel. 9 Greatgrandchildren; Katelynn, Johnathon, Lenzie, Kylie, Savannah, Matthew, Angela, Leah and Eden Grace.
