Betty Jo Bowles, age 75, was born on March 14, 1939 and passed away April 25, 2014 in her home surrounded by her entire family. Originally from Talledega, Alabama, she spent her early life living in Liberty, Missouri, and the remainder in Kansas City, Missouri. She leaves behind her loving and caring family: her husband, Jim; son, Lucky; daughter, Lori; her five grandchildren, Tim Mynatt, Trae Ellsworth, Daren Bowles, Darrell Bowles, and David Bowles. She also leaves behind three great grandchildren, Sophia, Silas, and Ethan. As the world's most compassionate and caring wife, mother, and grandmother, there are no words that can express the sadness and sorrow we feel, but also the joy we feel that the suffering has ended, and she is freely walking in heaven as our guardian angel. Please join us in celebrating her life and mourning her death. Funeral Services are planned for Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at the Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, Liberty, Missouri. A Visitation will be held Tuesday evening April 29, 2014, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Cemetery Service to follow at Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty, Missouri. Flowers may be sent to the Church-Archer- Pasley Funeral Home or donations may be made in Betty's name to The National Kidney or Liver Association.
