As his adviser at the University of Missouri, and on behalf of the Department and University, I express my deepest condolences for your loss. Chris had a sharp and engaging mind. The academic community is poorer because of his passing.

My heartfelt sympathy to your family. I have such happy memories of the holidays Chris spent with our family. He had such a great sense of humor - they were good times. I hope you find comfort in happy memories too. With my prayers and sincere sorrow for this loss.

I met Chris on two occasions in his office when I was looking to invest with him. He spent over an hour each time explaining his investment philosophy treating me as if I were Warren Buffet. His enthusiasm and intellect was inspiring. I am truly saddened.

I'm a long-time listener to his Saturday morning radio show. He's been missed lately. Wish I knew he was ill. I would have said a few prayers. Rest in peace.

Chris made you feel like you were a special friend. He was thorough and patient in his explanation of business matters. One could trust him. He will be missed by many and was a pleasure to know.

I didn't Chris but I know he was the same age as my oldest son and I can image how hard it is to lose someone so close to you. Ellen was my first cousin. You have my sympathy and I will remember Christ and your family in my prayers.

We came to know Chris through his radio show and later as his clients. He had such a warm personality and always made us feel like we were old friends when we met. As someone close to him said, life isn't fair. We will certainly miss him. Our loss here on earth is most certainly Heaven's gain.

My condolences to Chris' family. I came to know Chris from his Finance Friday spots on WPHT radio in Philly.
He spoke about finance & markets in a very engaging way. Chris was one of the few people I interacted with on Twitter. He had a good sense of humor and didn't seem to take himself too seriously. May his memory be a blessing.
