My sister Janet and I grew up next door to the Gaberts! So many childhood memories of neighborhood games, riding bikes, playing dodge ball, etc. I remember one evening David's dad Harold took us all to the New 50 drive-in in their cadillac convertible! There were so many kids on our block, that it was known not to drive down Westbrooke Dr. as we were always outside playing. So odd that I woke up from a nap due to a cold, that his name popped into my head and I immediately did a google search! It was so nice to read of all of his accomplishments. My thoughts and prayers with his wife, family, sisters Debbie and Dayna and many many friends!
