I wish there were more teachers like Mr. Wallace. He was my 6th grade teacher at Prairie School for the 1968/1969 year. His enthusiasm, energy and dedication as a teacher was evident to his 11 and 12 year old students. He truly made learning fun and challenging. I have thought of him quite often since those days at Prairie School. His was a life well lived.
