My sincere condolences to the Thompson families. I always say having him as my boss and being employed by Thompson Orthodontics was one of the best jobs I ever had. Not only was he a great boss, but a wonderful person as well.

Miriam, Jeff, Doug and family,
I was saddened to learn of the passing of your dear husband and father. When I worked for him and his brother, H.E., from 1974-1978, we referred to him as "Dr. Don." He was a great boss - exact in his profession and kind to the patients as well as the staff. Added to those memories, are those of house-sitting for you and watching Jeff and Doug sprout into wonderful young men.
Please add our heartfelt condolences and prayers for the Lord to comfort you all from the two of us.
With sad but grateful hearts,
Dr. and Mrs. Randy Howell (Randy and Kristy)

Miriam and Family,
Miriam, nothing anyone can say will bring him back. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your sons and family members.
I did not realize how I would miss Don. He deserves mention in the same breath with truly unusual kind, devoted family men, professional leaders, and devout believers. Why am I not surprised.
I knew his Dad and Mom (my Uncle Otis and Aunt Zella).
My heartfelt apologies for not making it to the memorial service. I will call you in a few days. I know you are well supported.
Grace, again thank you so much for advising me of the passing of "Donnie James" (as he was called in his childhood).
Good wishes, thoughts, and prayers
