EDITH MARIE BAIER

1921 - 2018

EDITH MARIE BAIER Edith Marie Baier, born June 9, 1921, was a loving wife to John T. Baier. They raised five children: Johnny, Cecelia (Floyd) Wing, Sharon (Gene) Gallamore, David and Daniel. They had many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and 2 sons-in-law they loved very much. Every summer they would take their family to the Rocky Mountains to enjoy and explore nature. Edith and John had amazing flower and vegetable gardens with beehives. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in the summer of 1959, and was a long-standing member of the Shawnee, Kansas Congregation. What she loved most was sharing Bible truths she had learned, telling others of God's wonderful purpose to make the earth a paradise. Edith passed away peacefully March 29, 2018, and was preceded in death by her husband, John, son Johnny, grandson, Gabriel Gallamore, and granddaughter, Denise Streeter. Memorial service to be held April 9, 6:30 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 5120 N. Old Pike Rd, Gladstone, MO 64118.
