Elizabeth Leemasters Obituary

LEEMASTERS Elizabeth B. "Lizzy" Leemasters, 91, of Kansas City, Mo., passed away into the arms of the Lord, July 23, 2009, as a loving mother and grandmother. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at Muehlebach Funeral Home, 6800 Troost Ave., Kansas City, followed by a funeral service at 12 p.m. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Rich Hill, Mo. Memorial contributions may be given to National Kidney Foundation or Liberty Hospice. Lizzy Bell, known by her family and friends, was born on Sept. 12, 1917, the daughter of Paris and Mary Woodall, in Rich Hill. She married Ted Leemasters in 1934. Ted passed away Sept. 2, 1971. Lizzy Bell is survived by her son, Billy Leemasters; daughter, Mary Hartman and husband Jack; grandchildren, Lori Dobbins, Ted Rousch and wife Amee; and Jack Hartman and wife Amy; great- grandchildren, Amber and Autumn Dobbins, Devon, Hunter and Hannah Rousch. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Walters; and her brothers and sisters.
