Everett C. Roth

Everett Christian Roth, age 88, of Independence, MO, died Saturday, December 14, 2002, at Independence Regional Health Center. Mr. Roth was born in DeQueen, AR, to Christian Henry and Rosetta Anna Rathbun Roth on February 3, 1914. He married Esther F. Pulliam on September 16, 1939, in Kansas City, MO. Mr. Roth is survived by his wife of 63 years, Esther F. Roth, and a son, Darrel G. Roth, both of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Jerry W. and Dannetta E. Roth of Basking Ridge, NJ; a granddaughter and her husband, Michele and Trent Steele, and a great-granddaughter, Grace Steele, all of Allen, TX. Services are under the direction of D.W. Newcomer's Sons Noland Road Chapel. Visitation will be 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, December 17, at Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 18, at Bethel Baptist Church, 2406 S. M291, Independence, MO, with interment in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens, Salisbury Road, Independence.
