GARY GRAVES Obituary

GARY M. GRAVES 1951 - 2017 Gary Michael Graves, 66, passed away in his home on December 1, 2017. Gary was a resident of Kansas City, MO, for most of his life. He was a proud and dedicated business owner of Graves Machinery Company and CIF Auctioneer's. He resided in Athens, AL for the past 6 years with his wife, Connie Graves. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Dorothy Graves, brothers Stephen Graves (Pat) and Philip, and granddaughter Chloe Butcher. He is survived by his sister Mary Ellen Jenison (Larry Bradshaw) and brother David Graves (Sally). He is also survived by 12 children and his 16 (and 1 on the way) grandchildren Kelley Young (Alan; Marcus and Ashley), Kristi Swearingin (Chas; Joey and Alex), Stacee Arello (Cambreana and Quinten), Ryan Graves (Zoe and Ethan), Jennifer Agee (Darrell; Darrell and Alyssa), Wesley Graves (Robin; Jameson and Waylon), Emily Wills (Derrick; Makai), Laura Raines (Stephen; Kaden and Lux), Shannon Butcher (Joshua; Jake), Jeremy Parks, Stettler McKee (Michael), and Rustin Brown. Gary has been cremated and will be laid to rest at a later date. We would like to invite those who knew and loved Gary to come help us celebrate his life from 3-6 p.m. Jan. 13, at the Uptown Theater's "Encore Room", 3700 Broadway Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64111.
