Farlington, Kansas - George Gillard, Jr., 86, of Farlington, KS., died at 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at his residence.
George was born December 10, 1935 in Pittsburg, KS.
George was a member of Plumbers Local # 8 and served as vice president of Paragon Energy in Kansas City and he was a key factor in Environmental System Testing before retiring in 1994.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Stillwell, KS., and a 60 year member in good standing of the Masonic Lodge No 444 in Stanley, KS.
Survivors are his wife, Beverly; 3 sons; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in the United Methodist Church in Stillwell and burial will be in the Girard Cemetery in Girard, KS.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the United Methodist Church in Stillwell. Condolences may be sent to www.wallfuneralservices.com
