Dear Kim, and family especially Camille: I was saddened to read of Greg's death two weeks ago. I am in Florida and get the obituaries on line. I hope he did not suffer and that you are doing OK. You have to pamper yourself. I talked to Camille after Pat (my wife) died 4 years ago, and I wish her the best as well. My sincere condolences. Bob Williams
