Ken and Pat Groh

Claudia and family,
Somehow Ken and I missed Helen's obituary in the paper. I had been over to see her sometime in August I believe...was so glad it was such a nice place, and she was dressed up as usual...cheerful and we talked quite awhile. I first knew her and Charles as customers down at Robert's RX, but then became a member of Pilot Club at her invitation and we had lots of good times together. Am so sorry we did not get to the services....please forgive,...guess we are getting older and just flubbed. I have been trying to get Ken to sell out here and move to town, closer to Ken Jim...but so far no good...we do love the quiet and scenery out here.
Our prayers, and thoughts are with you. Sincerely, Pat

It has been my privilege to know Helen for almost 30 years. She was a wonderful example of someone who loved life to the fullest--always enjoying a good joke (especially telling them.) As long as her health permitted, she was an outstanding member of the Northland Pilot Club, which is where we met. My sincere sympathy to all members of her family, because she will indeed be missed.

Claudia and family. Helen was a great lady and a very special friend to me in Pilot. We traveled alot together and had lots of great times. I moved away in 1990 but still kept in touch with the Pilots. She will probably get a card games going real soon. God Bless you Helen. Love, Marcie
