Im so happy to have known Jim. His sweet smile; his knowing eyes; his quiet voice all said Welcome to me when I joined the Rock Steady program. From the very first day Jim made me feel welcome. It was such a shock to hear of his early demise. Sharon, Im so sorry as I know you loved him very much. Please know if you want to talk, Im sure you have many friends who will listen and I will also listen if you need someone. Bless you as you start this new journey.

I have very fond memories of Jimmy, he was always kind to me as an adult and a child. He will be missed. Rest in Peace Jimmy, I bet it is beautiful. Praying for comfort for his family right now, rest assured knowing he is with our Lord and Savior.

Sharon, Annie, Mike,and family,
Kerry and I are so saddened by the news of Jim's passing. Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers knowing that it was this day that you laid Jim to rest. While we didn't know Jim well, what we did see in him was a gentle person with a warm smile who dearly loved his wife and family. So sorry to have missed his celebration of life where we would have been able to share our sincere condolences in person.

Mike, Brian, & rest of the Flynn family, I knew your father had Parkinson's but I was still very shocked when my Dad called me just now. Your Mom Sallee and your Dad will always have a special place in my heart. I think about them often - all those times I spent at your house. They were always so generous with me, including me in so many things you guys did. Now that I have 3 boys of my own (11 & 9yr old twins) I so appreciate your parents - you guys were a handful! And then add in me. Again, so great of them & I have never forgotten them. I wish I could make it to the service tomorrow but my father will be there. We knew mike from our early days at Cure' of Ars. Our son's were the same age and attended school together..So sorry to hear of his death. Sympathy to the whole family

I remember being little and he was always so kind to all of us little kids. His eyes were so angelic and kind. So patient. What a class act. I'm so sorry Sharon and Mike, he was taken too soon. Jimmy you will be missed.

Jimmy was often referred to as "the nicest person in the entire family." We have such good memories when Jim and Sharon were snowbirds in Tucson, Arizona, with us. He was taken from us much too soon but we know that Jim was a good and faithful servant and is enjoying his eternal reward.

So blessed to have been Jimmmeee's first cousin. Nobody could ask for a more wonderful guy to be your cousin. His humor was infectious as everyone who knew him will attest! Sharon was the love of his life......what an adorable couple! Jim, we love you and miss you but we know you are now with Jesus and that gives us much joy!

Jim was first and foremost a very classy gentleman. He exuded kindness and warmth and brilliance. He was so humble you had to work to sometimes engage him, and then the brilliance poured forth. Kind analysis of world scene, Book author recommendations, just everything you could do to tap into his prolific brilliance, kind heart, and beautiful poetic soul. He was truly a Renaissance man, rare in this age, and the world IQ and collective kindness is hurting for his loss. God Bless you dear Sharon in your loss. I pray for your comfort, understanding, and a feeling of God's Love.
