Mr Graham was a second father to my siblings and I. He lived an exemplary life, and was a wonderful friend and neighbor to the Volk and Kramer families.

Then a police officer with the Kansas City Police Department, I became associated with Mr. Graham during his tenure at the FBI in Kansas City and, later, his work on the Kansas City Crime Commission. This wonderful man was the consummate law enforcement professional and the finest of gentlemen. It was an honor and a privilege to be acquainted with him. I extend my sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
Walk well, my Brother. (Inuit Prayer)

May your memories give you peace and comfort of your loved one. Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for the loss of your loved one. May GOD be with you all during this difficult time. 1 Thessalonians 4:14 For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus.
